Our next visitor showed up. Michael came and was excited about going on a ridge hike and as honorary tour guides we aim to please our guest. After a short drive up a private road (that's right we are important people, they let us past the gate) we parked at the trail head and were off.
Here is our happy visitor.
I'm guessing there is something in this square worth noting but I don't know what it was.
Don't worry he survived the explosion of light.
Michael said his family would know who he was posing as in this picture.
The good news is Topher loves excitement so he thought the push down the hill was just Michael helping him have an exciting day.
Meeting of the blue shirt club, I wasn't invited.
No worries about getting lost here. The trail was lined with moss.
The brush got a more brushy.
If you're an avid reader of my blog you know what happens on ridge hikes. They get muddy.
Translation of this sign, great view ahead.
After making it to the ridge, we of course hiked back to the car. To see that trip scroll up.
