My next Christmas excursion was to the Honolulu Lights Celebration. This includes decorations, lighting of the city Christmas tree and a parade. Since my last post was of a parade I'll wait a little to post that part but for now you can check out the outside decorations.
Santa Claus is coming is a Boogie Woogie Choo-Choo Train.
I should have taken a picture of this while it was dark.
Everyone making sure they have a good seat for the parade. I walked around till the parade started so you'll see how good of a seat I got. (I don't mean to spoil it but I hope you like to see a street light post.)
This is the most snow I'll see this winter.
The City tree in front of Honolulu Hale (City Hall).
A big bag of Poi. If you ever visit Hawaii you should try some of this delicious food. It must be good if it's on a Christmas decoration, right.
Seasons Greetings from King Kamehameha V.
The parade should have started twenty minutes ago. I guess it's time to find a place to watch it and the tree lighting.
The queen's 'Iolani Palace even has Christmas lights.
Christmas Seahorses outside of Honolulu Hale.
This looks like a typical Christmas celebration right.
I know what you are thinking; There is something wrong with my classic Christmas meal. Well you're right, they were out of mac salad. It's Guaua Chicken with rice in case you are wondering. The Chicken was ono.
