Hawaii Kai Boat Parade

The final Christmas parade that I went to was the one I was most excited about, and it did not let me down. It is the Hawaii Kai Christmas Boat Parade. That's right, the parade floats actually float.

In this parade Santa lead the pack.

This was the first of three boats that played Gangnam Style. This boat was just a pontoon platform with speakers and four dancers.

It's Rudolph the red bottle nosed porpoise.

Reindeer leading the boat

I'm having problems coming up with a corny frosty and skating on thin ice comment.

Christmas palm tree.

Penguin Style

This little boat was just big enough for two people but it was a crowd pleaser.

This was a boat of angels. Even the Cow had angel wings.

This is defiantly the most elaborate float. It had dancing, jumping dolphins, and fireworks. There is a video of it below.

This was the party boat.

The last boat included these jet pack guys. They wear water jet packs with a hose that goes down to a jet ski looking da kine. If you can't tell what going on in the pictures I included a video.

I call this, 'Rocket to the moon'.

This is a big tree in the Hawaii Kai sopping center.

Here is that video I mentioned a couple times.
