Costume Crowded Corners

With my parents in town I had to sneak out late and head to the big Halloween party in Waikiki. Okay I didn't sneak out but it did kind of seem that way. After the big day of fun we just had (see the last post) we were all tired and ready to get some sleep.  We went to bed and then I thought this could be the only chance I get to go to the Waikiki Halloween Street "Party". So I wiped the sleep from my eyes and started walking.

Just like I was told, there were a lot of dressed up people walking the streets.

Here is a good Chewbacca with a scotsmen and a crayon.

This was the most creative costume I saw. They are 'Binders of Women' from the Mitt Romney quote.

I know zombies are cliché, but when you do it as well as this group it's awesome. I followed them for a while because it was so entertaining to watch others come in contact with them. The 'zombies' stayed in character the whole time as they slowly walked around with deadly stares. It literally sent people running from them.

Everyone waiting for the walk sign, including the marshmallow man.

Low riding in the station wagon!

The Jamaican Bobsled team!

The streets were packed with people.

There was a full set of bowling pins and some clowns on motorcycles. Yes they were wearing the masks as they rode down the street.
