Maybe I should just buy a car instead of renting one. This looks like a nice place to do some shopping.
I'm not sure if this is graffiti or if it commissioned but it all around the city.
This is Kaka'Ako Waterfront Park it's just a nice peaceful little park.
This is where I had my first meal from a truck here. I got the chicken and long (noodles). It wasn't anything to write home about, oh wait.
When you look towards the mountains it often looks like it is going to rain, but it never makes its way to the city. This is taken from the Costco parking lot. Did you know Costco does not accept credit cards?! It makes it hard to get a membership if that's all you have. The membership had to wait for another day.
I'm back to the same park now because I dropped off the car.
To pick up the car I took the bus so I knew I would make it on time. This time since I wasn't planing on doing anything else that day I walked back. My destination is somewhere around those big buildings.
Just more art work.
This guy looked like he was concentrating really hard on whatever he had written on his dry erase board. I'm bummed you can't see what it says but it looked like some very involved and scientific stuff about... tic-tac-toe.
Lifeguard training, good to know they practice.
A lot of wedding photos are taken on the beach. I think I probably saw six different couples on this walk.
I think this was one of the wedding parties.
This was at Ala Moana State Recreation Area.
I don't know what this guy was snorkeling for but he was wearing camo and had a spear gun.
I think this was the first sighting of a wild coconut for me, so I had to take a picture.
You can see my destination is still a little off in the distance but this was the last picture I took. Possibly because right after this I found a nice peice of bamboo that I carried home. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do with it but I'm sure I'll use it for something.
